Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
- teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into large bowl. Add kiwi and walnuts, mix well. Add egg, butter and vanilla, stir unit blended. Pour into greased and floured load pan (9 x 5 x 3 inch). Bake at 350 until done about an hour.
