Quick and easy sugar cookies! They are really good, plain or with candies in them. My friend uses chocolate mints on top, and they are great!

The cream cheese gives this a bit of a sweet tangy taste you don't have in most salsa dips. Pick a salsa you like since that is where most of the flavor comes from. If you like a hotter taste you can always add additional hot sauce. I recommend using a crock pot to keep it warm while serving.

This is a new recipe that I love to make and take to family events. It has been to quite a few, and has even been made for others to take to potlucks. Don't let the name fool you, it doesn't even taste like Zucchini!
